Fill In The Blank Friday: Autumn

1.   Nothing says fall like      pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, and well just pumpkin everything  .

2.   My favorite autumnal tradition is   going to the Corn Maize. This year it was in the shape of Buddy Holly and we tried fried snickers and had roasted corn      .

3.  My favorite fall treat is   pumpkin chocolate chip muffins    .

4. Fall makes me think of    college     because    In the fall we would sit on the dock at the lake house and play acoustic guitars and smoke cloves   .

5.  Autumn free form word association, go!    pumpkin, knitting, coffee, scarves & boots .

6.  My go-to outfit in the fall is     a cardigan or blazer with a band tee, cut off shorts, tights and boots   .

7.  My favorite fall holiday is (Halloween or Thanksgiving)    Halloween because dressing up and eating candy is fun and with Thanksgiving I don't get to really celebrate because of my job (it's always a stressful time of the year for me)  .

Taco Tuesday:A-Z

O. Overnight hospital stays: too many! After my knee surgeries a couple of times due to complications with that junk.
P. Pet peeves: people who don't push their chairs in or use their blinkers.
Q. Quote from a movie: "There can be only one." from Highlander lol no one but my husband ever got the joke/reference I made using that quote, so I guess that's why I keep him around.

Past Few Days in iPhone Photos

I've been pretty busy these past few days. Here's what I've been up to....

Crosby turned 3 yesterday, and had her party at Chuck-E-Cheeze.

I got my hair dyed.

Camree turned 8, and we had dinner at Chili's.

I made gluten free, chocolate chip pumpkin muffins for my holiday district meeting.

This is my gift for our dirty santa game. Some cute desert plates, and a scarf I knitted as the bow.

Before Clint left for the east coast, we carved pumpkins, mine is on the right.

I carved these out of my pumpkin...

Today I have plans to clean, clean, clean, and then do laundry....

Pout Pout Thursday

I am pouting today b/c my husband is on the east coast touring with his band. I really wish I could go with him, I really want to see New York.

I finished my scarf for my meeting tomorrow. I found these cute desert plates at Market Street that match the colors in the yarn. So now I'm trying to decide how to wrap it. I was thinking of just tying the scarf around the plates in a bow?...

It is approximately 12:31 am and I have yet to bake my chocolate chip pumpkin muffins....dun dun dun...

I got some happy mail today and some snuggley puppies....
