Currently

This album is on repeat. I can even hear it in my sleep. I'm pretty sure it's giving me weird dreams.

Give me pizza or give me death! Found this yummy organic pizza place here in town.

Puppy butts make me happy. I sit outside in the mornings and watch them pee on every blade of grass they can find.

My husband is awesome, even though I'm crazy and pregnant and make him open the fridge and get things out for me. I treated him to a sno-cone this week.

Sometimes I like to listen to this when I drive, it makes me feel gangsta.

I ate 3 kiwi's yesterday. But I can only eat them when Clint is home because I can't cut up the little boogers.

I found this hat in the display window at Culture Clothing and made to poor dude take it out and sell it to me. I took the obligatory bathroom pic in it. Enjoy!

I'm sure I've talked about this donut before...I should probably name it. Come visit me and I'll take you to heaven where they make these and it will only cost you $.75!

Happy memorial day! If you're by a pool, bbqing...I'm jealous and you should toast a hot dog to me!

That's What She Said Sunday

I totally agree with this.

Hope everyone is having a rad weekend. I plan to enjoy my day off, not sure what I want to do. If I had it my way, sno-cones and thrifting are in my future. Word.

Vintage Baby

Today Clint and I found the raddest baby boutique here in the LBK. They had lots of cool vintage inspired bedding and clothes, blablah dolls (however you spell it), cute diaper bags, and lil hipster clothes. You could even get a rabbit as tall as me! You weren't allowed to take pictures Inside, but I can't wait to find out what we're having and start buying cool stuff for our little tyke!

On My Mind

It seems these days that I always have lots on my mind. Sometimes, so much that it keeps me up at night. Some are big things, some are small things. Some are good things, and some are bad things (like worries). But I keep telling myself not to sweat it and try to relax, because things always have a way of working themselves out. Here's a peek of a few things that have been on my mind...

Surviving this first trimester. I have have terrible morning sickness that lasts all day. :(

Trying to stay positive and stress free has been hard this month. But I'm working in it!

I've been craving ice cream and
Sno -cones. Clint took me to Cold Stone for a banana split yesterday.

I think a lot about the education of my little Babycakes and what it will grow up watching and doing.

My hair looking a hot mess. I know this may seem silly, but it is on my mind at times.

Decorating and cleaning out things in preparation for the little one. I wish I wasn't so tired all
The time.

Cute things I want but don't need. Babies are expensive, and I'm trying to be smart and save.

Sleep is always at the top of my
List. I'm always tired, but seem to
Toss and turn most of the night. Any advice for a tired momma?

Ps What's been on your mind?

What's the What

Recently I've been thinking, what if our baby comes out with a beard?

I really want to stud all my chucks.

I can't wait for the day when I can eat cake for breakfast again. Maybe after this trimester cupcakes won't make me nauseous.

More than anything I would love to go on a real vacation. Disney anywhere sounds nice, or even Harry Potter World. I'm not picky.

What's the what with you?

Right now, my husband is making me hamburger helper. Haha.

Fill In The Blank Friday

1.  On a scale from 1-10 the frequency with which I get sick is,   a 3, unless you count being pregnant and feeling nauseous 24-7    .

2.   The last time I felt sick was   today. I was going great until I walked into the gocery store....I prevailed and no one was puked on, and I got my watermelon...muhahaha    .

3.  The worst part about being sick is     the lack of energy you have       because     stuff still needs to get done and I don't get sick time at this job, soooo....I'm a good dwarf and whistle while I work and hope that keeps the vomiting at bay  .

4. When I am sick I like to be taken care of by   being able to stay in my pj's and sleep snuggled up with my puppies .

5. Something I do to keep myself healthy is     wash my hands, take my vitamins, and eat lots of healthy stuff and the occasional tater tots... .

6. A secret remedy that I use when I'm sick is to    drink lots of liquids and emergen-C  .

7.  One thing that always makes me feel better when I'm sick is    mashed potatoes that my husband makes me  .

Somebody That I Used To Know...

I saw this on The Rockstar Diaries, and thought I would share! Super cute!

Babycakes Nursery Imagined

I spend any free time that I am not sleeping looking on Pinterest for nursery ideas....

Yellow and gray are my favorite color combo right now. I really love this bedding with the birds on it from The Land of Nod.

I can't wait to buy or make the cute wall art and pillows for the room!

I'm ready to be done with the 1st trimester and the 'morning' sickness.
