Day Off To Do List

To be honest I always think of a million things I need to do, and then when the time comes I can't remember what any of them are. I blame my preggo brain. Today is my last day off for at least a week, and I wanted to do more than just sleep (I did that yesterday).

1. Do my Prenatal Yoga

2. Finish the laundry

3. Put away laundry

4. Clean out my closet!!

5. Do my nails

6. Transfer ideas from one sketchbook to another. Duo thought it would be cool to pee on my sketchbook when I wouldn't let him outside to flirt with poodles. 

7. Try out the paint samples in the nursery. (I'll share my nursery inspiration soon!)

8. Finish my character study for my children's book.

9. Start working on some of the handmade Christmas gift ideas I have (never too early to start).

I doubt I will get to all of them today, but maybe this little list will help me to remember for next time I have some free time.

I Kinda Feel Like Eating A Cupcake For Breakfast

 I kinda feel like putting on my Belle costume and reading a book....

 I kinda feel like dying my hair pink and hanging out in my underwear all day....

 I kinda feel like organizing my closet and getting rid of stuff...

I kinda feel like eating a cupcake for breakfast (again) to ensure that I have the best day possible....

Taco Tuesday: To Do's and Weekend Pics

 Right now I am trying to remember my massive to do list, and not just my day job stuff. Sigh

It's getting to that time of the year where you get to see lots of my to do lists, because putting them on my blog helps me remember. I use like 3 day planners, a dry erase board, and my fancy phone and I still have issues. If you know of someone who wants to be a personal assistant who can live in a cupboard, enjoys homemade cupcakes and ice cream for dinner, can make a mean cup of coffee, and likes french and japanese music....let me know...

To Do:

1. Make diaper shower invites (including the design)

2. Find all my screenprinting supplies. 

3. Work on my dolls. (I'm behind schedule!)

4. Start on my next painting.

5. Scan in other paintings.

6. Start on my Christmas list. (this is epic b/c I like to make stuff for everyone)

7. Work on fall embroidery patterns for guest post.

8. Clean up 'the office' (my fabric stash has exploded!)

9. Put away laundry (so I can find something to wear!)

I might as well stop there....

Closet Clean Up

Today I:

Went from a closet that was a hot mess.

To the cleanest and most organized my closet has ever been:

I'm not sure what to do next?

I need to clean up our "study"/shared crafty space.

Set up the guest room.

Paint some more walls.

Sew some curtains or even start on any Home Ec class project.

Teach myself to crochet (again).

Get my xmas list together.

I Know A Makeout Bandit, She Just Called Me On The Phone

After a long day of work I am relaxing with the pups and drinking some wine. This week has been trying with lots of drama and working. I'm off tomorrow, so I am hoping to get things done around the house and do some much needed homework. I feel like I haven't blogged in forever....

Vday is coming up, Ccakes and I are going to celebrate the Chinese New Year instead lol

I really want this mask, I may try to make my own someday. This will be me tomorrow, I don't plan to get out of my pj's.

Clint just reminded me that he made me a hello kitty lunch today, and it was yummy! Tomorrow I plan to work on my studio space, I really just feel like putting everything into those plastic bins, then cleaning the room, painting and organizing then putting my stuff back out...we'll see. Anyone have any organizing and cleaning tips? I really need to turn my studio into a guest room too, I have some friends coming to visit this weekend...

Waiting on My Coffee to Brew

I set my alarm early so I could make my own coffee, since I've been spending a fortune on it...eeekk! I have tons to do today, starting with work....blah. I need to come home and clean, clean, clean and organize, organize, organize so my spaces are ready for christmas and getting crafty. I think I'll feel better once it's all done. I'm also working on decorating my house, which is/was my New Year's Resolution. So as I prepare for my day here is something cute that cheers me up! It's by Liz Adams, my fav new illustrator!
