Happy Chinese New Year!

If you are not wearing red today, shame on you!

I'm hoping to eat some yummy Chinese food in my red outfit and maybe go to Savers(that's our local thrift store of crazy). That's my big plan for the evening. Clint and I usually celebrate the Chinese New Year instead of Valentines Day! I think I will also have a Fruits Basket marathon tonight too!

Ghost Cats

I did my taxes today.

I went and sat for hours in the wee hours of the morning to not get picked as a juror.

I finally found the felt I was looking for...oh and watercolor pencils.

I got my Fruits Basket planner, but it's soo cute I don't think I can use it!

I made a super nasty vegan dinner.

I finally completed the mission I was having trouble with in Kingdom Hearts only to die before I had a chance to save.

I think I'm hearing a ghost cat...right now...it's creepy.

I drank an evil cup of coffee today. It was less evil because of the soy milk, but still evil.

I checked my mail! Woot Netflix!

Blah, Blah, Blah...Girl Power!

Tomorrow, at dawn, I have jury duty...that is if I can find the place. What do you wear to these sort of things. The form says no shorts. I've been putting together a bag filled with goodies to stave off boredom. I figure if it has anything to do with the government, I will be doing lots of waiting around.

I want Crafting Mama so bad! I love all of those games! Speaking of crafting...I started a little project tonight that is awesome! I can't share yet, because it's for a friend's (who reads my blog) birthday. But after her birthday I'll post some pictures...

I heart Fruits Basket! I used to own most of the manga for this series, but I sold it back in for some cash a while back. I've started collecting it in the larger volumes (which takes up less space). Anywho, there is a cute day planner that I always look at, but never buy, and I'm thinking of buying it. I love day planners and use several at once because I 'm a hot mess. I've tried electronic ones, but I just forget about them.

Hopefully tomorrow I will hear back from my new job about my background check, and I can remember to ask what the dress code is lol....a girl has to start planning her wardrobe.

Taco Tuesday I Can't Wait Until Thursday Edition

My favorite time of year has come. ABC Family's Harry Potter marathon comes on starting Thursday and the new movie comes out on the 19th! I can't wait!

I also love love manga! Fruits Basket and Kitchen Princess are 2 of my favorites. I need to complete my collections.

I think this is the prettiest color combo....sigh...

I've been drinking tons of tea!

But I miss Starbucks. I hear they have the red cups...sigh...on a happy note, I got a post card from Starbucks for a free drink!

Right now I am watching this movie. If you didn't already know Amanda Bynes is my girl crush.

Today I went and turned in my substitute application at Frenship ISD. I got the go ahead to fill out the next round of packets, and when I bring it back tomorrow they will take my picture for my badge! oh! and orientation next wednesday. I am super excited!

Right now I am making a pot roast in my slow cooker. I didn't really follow a recipe, so if it turns out well I'll post it up. We'll hopefully be eating it around midnight lol.
