I clean a lot when I'm depressed. I throw things out and try to create something "new". It doesn't usually help, haha, but at least it burns off a bit of steam. Thinking of you xo

When my OCD or depression really starts up, I will often find some way of distracting my brain. I'll read something, cuddle with Jen and talk, play with the animals, do something artsy... Though often, other than cuddling and playing with the pets, I don't have energy either... When that does happen, I let myself sleep as much as needed. When I DO have energy, I like sitting down with a pen and my notebook and planning my week. I write down goals, ways of achieving them, etc. :) Feel better, lovely!
