Gorilla Cooking

For dinner tonight I made:
* pan seared pork that was wrapped in bacon.
(I get these pre made at the meat market and just cook in some EVOO)

*baked french fries
(i just cut up some potatoes toss in a bowl with EVOO, lemon pepper, salt, cumin, and some red pepper flakes. Throw on a cookie sheet and Cook on 400 degrees for 15-20 min depending on how thick you cut your taters. throw some cheese or shave on some parm.)

*sauce for our pork, we call it pork tartar
(in a bowl mix mayo, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, garlic, honey, and some cayene pepper and stir. season to taste and dip away.)

It was yummy. I felt like a first class chef when I set down to eat. I didn't take any pictures b/c it smelled so good I was drooling. We like to make up crazy things to cook/eat with what we have in the house, we call it gorilla cooking. Yesterday it didn't turn out as well and I had a house that smelt like burnt spinach.... Clint had to toss it over the fence. :(
